In September 2006, California Department of Parks and
Recreation and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency released a Notice of
Preparation to create an Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact
Report for the restoration project.
This page will eventually house the
EIS/EIR and other planning documents for
the project. See the timetable for
when they will be available for public review and the library
for background studies.
