Public Scoping

During circulation of the Notice of Intent/Notice of Preparation, the project team will conduct four public scoping meetings. The purpose of these meetings is to provide you with the opportunity to learn more about the proposed action and to express oral comments about the content of the EIR/EIS/EIS, in addition to your opportunity to submit written comments.
