Timetable

Due to issues raised during the scoping period and public meetings, additional studies were needed and the timetable was delayed.

In addition, issues with the California State Budget in 2008-2009 have caused many funds to be temporarily frozen. This has resulted in additional work delays and thus schedule delays.

The following is the revised tentative timetable for the project:
